Reviewing the purchase agreement to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Introducing our team to the co-op agent and escrow, and coordinating with the listing agent and/or their transaction coordinator to gather all necessary paperwork
Opening a pre-escrow, and ordering the Natural Hazard Disclosure Report.

Assembling a comprehensive buyer’s package that includes the seller’s disclosures and your brokerage-required forms when representing the seller. Once disclosures are completed, we provide a Homelight disclosure link to input on the MLS.Ordering the Home Warranty on behalf of your buyer.
OR obtaining and reviewing the seller’s disclosure package to send to the buyer’s for signatures when representing the buyer.
Delivering the completed disclosure package back to the cooperating agent and TC once signatures are obtained.
Monitoring all transaction deadlines and ensuring all parties stay on schedule.
Sending Agents a fully Broker Compliant file or transaction in the applicable platform to ensure the Agent gets paid in a timely manner.

Jessica Reese joins us as a full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator assisting Marie Tara at Option One TC. With 15+ years in admin roles, Jessica has supported top-producing real estate teams. She is a C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator and a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) with HOA experience.
